1. Account Registration and Eligibility

jsm88 services are offered only to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• Opening an account solely on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• Not listed on the self-exclusion register of any recognised gambling platform.
• Providing genuine, accurate and current personal information at and after registration.
• Not previously suspended or banned from using the jsm88 platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and will result in the closure of all such accounts and the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses held within them. jsm88 reserves the right to decline registration applications without providing a reason.

2. Permitted Platform Use

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the jsm88 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their country or jurisdiction. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any non-human mechanism to play or interact with the platform.
• Communicating or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting technical errors, system disruptions or software flaws to obtain a benefit.
• Making any attempt to hack, attack or compromise the security and integrity of the platform.
• Transferring account balances or bonuses to a third-party account without jsm88's written consent.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

jsm88 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Online Banking (FPX), ShopeePay and Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum deposit amount for all methods is RM20. All successfully processed deposits will be credited to the player's account once transaction verification is complete. jsm88 does not charge processing fees for deposits, however payment service providers may have their own charges which are outside our control.

Players are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a payment method registered in their own name. jsm88 reserves the right to freeze and investigate any transaction suspected of being made using a third party's payment details.

4. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount for all methods is RM100. Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes depending on the payment method and any verification requirements that apply.

Before processing a first withdrawal or a withdrawal above a certain amount, jsm88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents such as a MyKad or other supporting documents. This process is part of our commitment to account security and anti-money laundering compliance.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

jsm88 offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit up to RM888. To qualify for withdrawal, players must meet a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000
• Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM1,888 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 25 = RM22,200

Each promotion has its own validity period, betting limits and game eligibility conditions as stated in the relevant promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus and any winnings accumulated from it will be automatically voided.

jsm88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, bonus wagering manipulation or the use of strategies intended solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk.

6. Account Security and Passwords

Players are fully responsible for the security of their account login credentials. This includes the obligation to:

• Choosing a strong password and not sharing it with anyone.
• Logging out of the account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notifying jsm88 immediately if unauthorised access to the account is suspected.
• Ensuring that the device used is free from malware or keyloggers.

jsm88 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a player's negligence in maintaining the security of their own account.

7. Responsible Gambling

jsm88 is committed to responsible gambling practices. Our platform may only be used by individuals aged 21 and above. We encourage all players to set personal limits for deposits, losses, and playing time.

8. Disputes and Complaints Procedure

Any dispute relating to transactions, account balances, bonus payments, or game outcomes must be submitted to the jsm88 support team within 30 days of the date of the incident. Complaints submitted beyond this period may not be considered.

Continued use of the jsm88 platform after changes take effect will be deemed as acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jsm88 holds its licence. jsm88 operates under a valid international licence and is responsible for ensuring that the services offered comply with the requirements of that licence.
